Job summary

Harriman Property Management Limited, a leading HK property management company, seeks an experienced supervisor to assist the Property Manager. The role covers security and cleaning oversight, budgeting, owner/tenant liaison, and incident handling, with emphasis on contractor performance and contingency planning.

The candidate should have a Diploma or higher in related disciplines, 7+ years in security or property management, and a valid security certification.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in related disciplines with 7 years’ experience in Security Services or Property Management, including 5 years at supervisory level.
• Holder of Certificate / Diploma for Trainer in Security Services or equivalent and with valid Security Personnel Permit / QAS certificate.
• Good knowledge of Electronic Patrolling, Fire Alarm, CCTV and Smart Card systems.
• Strong command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager to supervise security and cleaning teams for daily operations.
• Handle budgeting, liaison with owners/tenants, and emergencies; monitor contractors’ performance.
• Develop and manage contingency and training plans; attend emergency calls and night patrols as needed.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager to supervise the teams of security staff and cleaning for daily operation and administration of the managed portfolios

Duties include budget planning, liaison with owners / tenants, complaints / emergency cases handling, monitoring of contractors’ performance, developing and managing all operational contingency and training plans, etc

Attending emergency calls and I.O. meeting including the night patrol. after normal working hours are necessary

Requirements:

Diploma or above in related disciplines with at least 7 years’ experience in the Security Services / Property Management industry, of which 5 years at supervisory level

Holder of Certificate / Diploma for Trainer in Security Services or equivalent and with valid Security Personnel Permit / QAS certificate is a must

Good Knowledge in Electronic Patrolling System, Fire Alarm System, CCTV System and Smart Card System

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Mature, independent and having strong interpersonal and communication skills
