Job summary

Harriman Property Management Limited, a Wheelock Properties subsidiary, seeks a Senior Property Officer / Property Officer for Cheerful Garden (Siu Sai Wan). You will oversee daily property management and lead the team to ensure high standards of service.

Requirements include a degree in Property Management, PMP (Tier 2), BMO knowledge, and bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (Putonghua). Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and experience with high-end residential properties are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Property Management/Housing or related disciplines with at least 2 years relevant experience.
• PMP (Tier 2) License.
• Proficient in Building Management Ordinance (BMO) and related ordinances.
• Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
• Strong customer service mind with good leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Experience in managing high-end residential properties is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the property management team, budget planning, enforcement of DMC, liaison with owners/tenants, complaints handling, supervision of site staff, convening site meetings and monitoring contractors’ performance.
