Job summary

The Peninsula Hong Kong, a flagship hotel of HSH, seeks a security-focused professional to safeguard assets and guests. You will patrol premises, deter loss, protect confidential information and enforce security policies to maintain a secure workplace for staff and visitors.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in hospitality or security, be fluent in Cantonese and English, and demonstrate composure in emergencies. This role is based on site at The Peninsula Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or security.
• Good command of Cantonese and English.
• Positive attitude and well-disciplined.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergencies.
• Familiarity with security procedures, access control and incident reporting.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provides asset protection and loss prevention measures to safeguard hotel property, facilities, equipment, and other valuable assets.
• Undertakes regular patrols throughout the hotel premises to identify potential security risks and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Safeguards confidential hotel, guest, and client information by maintaining security procedures and preventing unauthorized access.
• Enforces hotel security policies, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance with established standards and promote a secure workplace.

General Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality or security industries
• Possess good command in both Cantonese and English
