Job summary

Confidential in Hong Kong seeks an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead go-to-market initiatives and the Sales Engineering team. You will work closely with the Country Manager and regional leadership to enable partners, support customers, and accelerate business growth.

This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership and commercial acumen, and a passion for developing people and partnerships across the cybersecurity landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, ideally within a channel partner, technology vendor, or customer security organization.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and the broader IT security landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Engineering team in Hong Kong while remaining hands-on in pre-sales activities and channel enablement.
• Work with the Country Manager and regional leadership to develop and execute technical go-to-market programs.
• Build relationships with channel partners and enable them with technical knowledge, training, and resources for pre- and post-sales support.
• Provide technical pre-sales support to partners and, through partners, to enterprise customers.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new channel partners in collaboration with the local sales team.
• Support partners with RFIs, RFPs, technical proposals, and solution development.
• Coach, mentor, and lead the Sales Engineering team, fostering technical excellence and growth.
• Deliver compelling technical product and solution presentations to customers and partners.
• Represent the company at cybersecurity events, conferences, and trade shows.
