Seamatch Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Securities Settlement professional to handle daily settlement and corporate actions across HK and US stock markets. The role also covers settlement for bonds, ELN, and ELI, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The candidate will work closely with banks to transfer funds, update guidelines, and support ad-hoc projects under the Team Head, requiring attention to detail and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in finance, accounting or business preferred.
• 1 year of securities operations experience preferred; fresh graduates considered if knowledgeable.
• Sound knowledge of HK and US stock markets preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Detail oriented, responsible, independent and self-motivated.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily settlement and corporate actions for cash equities including HK and US markets.
• Handle settlement and corporate actions for bonds, ELN and ELI.
• Assist fund transfers between correspondent banks by creating instruction templates and pacs.009.
• Optimize and streamline workflows.
• Update internal guidelines and procedure manuals.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by Team Head.
