Global Sports Jobs Limited seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery within a cross-functional team in our HK office. You will ensure Scrum practices, coach teams, and remove impediments to help deliver high-value increments.

The role requires a university degree, Scrum Master certification, and at least 8 years in IT project management and Scrum leadership, with Jira and Confluence experience. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Scrum Master Certification (e.g., Scaled Agile, Scrum, SAFe).
• 8+ years IT project management and project delivery experience.
• 3+ years leading Scrum Teams as Scrum Master in IT development environment.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Be accountable for the production of deliverables within agreed timescale, quality, and budget.
• Establish and ensure the effectiveness of Scrum within the organisation.
• Facilitate all Scrum events, ensuring they are productive and adhere to time constraints.
• Support Product Owners and Scrum teams in maintaining a healthy backlog for current and upcoming sprints.
• Remove impediments faced by the Scrum team to ensure smooth progress.
• Help the Scrum team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies within the team.
• Identify and manage relationships through effective communication with the Scrum team and stakeholders.

About the Role

The role is accountable for the production of deliverables within agreed timescale, quality, and budget, and for establishing and ensuring the effectiveness of Scrum within the organisation. It sits within the AOP programme, which aims to accelerate platform, product, people, performance, and potential through innovation and delivery excellence. The team spans product, technology, operations, delivery, and change, creating next-generation experiences and strengthening capabilities that support the Club's future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the production of deliverables within agreed timescale, quality, and budget
• Establish and ensure the effectiveness of Scrum within the organisation
• Facilitate all Scrum events, ensuring they are positive, productive, and adhere to time constraints
• Support Product Owners and Scrum teams in maintaining a healthy backlog for current and upcoming sprints
• Remove impediments faced by the Scrum team to ensure smooth progress
• Help the Scrum team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies within the team

Required Experience & Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Scrum Master Certification (e.g., Scaled Agile, Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT project management and project delivery
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading Scrum Teams as a Scrum Master in an IT development environment
• Experience with project delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
