Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP SD/MM expert for the Asia region, supporting Sales, Logistics, Retail Operations, and Finance stakeholders.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, configuration changes, and enhancement requests for SAP SD and MM modules.
• Lead testing, deployment, and user training for new features, upgrades, and integrations (e.g., OMS, POS, e-commerce, 3PL).
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day SAP issues; manage incidents with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with global IT and regional business teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and roadmap.

Our client, a leading global luxury brand, is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Manager to own and optimize their core SAP commerce and supply chain platforms across Asia. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.

You will be the main SAP SD/MM expert for the region, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, leading enhancements, and ensuring system stability across sales, distribution, and materials management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP SD/MM expert for the Asia business, supporting Sales, Logistics, Retail Operations, and Finance stakeholders
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, configuration changes, and enhancement requests for SAP SD and MM modules
• Lead testing, deployment, and user training for new features, upgrades, and integrations (e.g., OMS, POS, e-commerce, 3PL)
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day SAP issues; manage incidents with internal teams and external partners
• Collaborate with global IT and regional business teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and roadmap
• Support data quality, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP landscape
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and super-users

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management)
• Proven track record in retail, luxury, fashion, or consumer goods environments
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and logistics processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus; familiarity with FICO, PP, or WM is advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work with both business and technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong (visa provided)
