Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an on-site team member in Hong Kong to manage product and sample handling, data entry, and stakeholder communication with labs, suppliers, and customers. You will perform parcel delivery and support duties as assigned by the client and manager at the Olympic location.

Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent, with English, Putonghua, and Cantonese fluency. Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills are expected, and experience in sourcing or supply chain is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Logical and number sensitive; able to handle data.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint basics.
• Sourcing or supply chain exposure is a plus.
