Job summary

QIMA is seeking a proactive coordinator in Hong Kong to support product testing quotations and order follow-ups. You will liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of orders.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree, strong communication in English and Chinese, and are self-motivated team players willing to handle ad-hoc tasks as needed. The role offers a 5-day work week with performance and year-end bonuses, plus on-the-job training to help you grow within our

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree holder in any discipline (Science/Engineering a plus)
• At least 1 year of working experience or fresh graduates with science background welcome
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-initiated, independent and a good team player

Job Description
