Job summary

N20 Nail Spa in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Sales & Technical Trainer to join our team. You will empower staff with both technical nail/spa skills and sales techniques to improve client satisfaction and drive revenue.

You will lead training on treatments, promotions and packages, coach staff and managers, and visit outlets as needed to ensure service standards are met. Salary is negotiable based on experience, with commission incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in the nail/beauty or spa industry.
• Strong knowledge of nail/spa treatments and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on how to confidently introduce treatments, promotions and packages.
• Teach staff how to understand customer needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Improve staff communication, customer service and consultation skills.
• Train staff on follow-up and repeat-customer strategies.
• Work with managers to set daily and monthly sales action plans.
• Monitor staff sales performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Train staff on proper nail and spa treatment techniques.
• Check service quality and ensure treatments follow N20 standards.
• Coach staff on step-by-step service procedures.
• Improve massage techniques, nail care, callus care and spa treatment skills.
• Identify staff weaknesses and create practical training plans.
• Conduct demonstrations and hands-on training.
• Work closely with managers and staff to build a positive team culture.
• Encourage staff to learn, improve and grow.
• Help managers become better at coaching and motivating their teams.
• Visit outlets when required to observe staff performance and provide training.

We are looking for someone who has strong experience in the nail/spa industry, understands customer service and sales, and can train our staff to improve both their technical skills and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Training

• Train staff on how to confidently introduce treatments, promotions and packages.

• Teach staff how to understand customer needs and recommend suitable treatments.

• Improve staff communication, customer service and consultation skills.

• Experience in the nail, beauty or spa industry.

• Practical, hands-on and results-oriented.

• Able to work with different levels of staff and managers.

• Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

• Previous experience as a trainer, senior therapist, manager or supervisor is an advantage.
