Job summary

LOTUS GRACIOUS WELLNESS in Hong Kong is seeking a beauty professional to provide facial treatments, extractions, waxing, IPL hair removal, and related spa therapies. You will tailor skincare regimens and advise clients on suitable treatments based on skin analysis.

The role also involves promoting beauty packages and retail products, handling bookings, and maintaining strict hygiene and POS records to ensure a smooth, high-standard salon experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments, extractions, basic skincare services, body slimming, permanent/temporary hair removal (waxing, threading, IPL), and spa therapies.
• Evaluate client skin types and conditions; provide skincare regimens and treatment advice.
• Upsell and promote beauty packages and retail products; target monthly sales.
• Address client inquiries and conduct post-treatment follow-ups to maintain client retention.
• Maintain salon hygiene and sanitation; manage appointments and POS registers.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

Treatments & Services:

Perform professional facial treatments, extractions, basic skincare services, body slimming, permanent/temporary hair removal (waxing, threading, IPL), and spa therapies. Depending on the establishment, services may also cover eyelash extensions, semi-permanent eyebrow embroidery, nail care (manicures/pedicures), and makeup application.

Client Consultation & Skin Analysis:

Evaluate client skin types and conditions. Provide professional advice on customized skincare regimens, suitable spa treatments, and facial routines.

Sales & Package Promotion:

Upsell and cross-sell beauty packages, recurring treatment cycles, and specific retail cosmetic or skincare products. Meeting monthly personal or salon sales targets is commonly linked to commissions.

Client Relationship Management:

Address customer enquiries and requests professionally. Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to monitor skin progress and maintain long-term client retention.

Hygiene & Administration:

Maintain strict salon cleanliness and sanitation of tools and equipment in line with local industry regulations. Manage appointment bookings, client tracking cards, and point-of-sale cash registers.
