Job summary

The American Club Hong Kong is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality traditional Thai therapies, facial, waxing, nails, and wellness treatments. The role requires a warm service attitude, strong technical skills, and the ability to create a relaxing environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities include tailoring treatments to member needs, maintaining hygiene, managing schedules, and promoting wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of spa or luxury hotel/wellness experience
• CIDESCO/ITEC or equivalent qualification
• Formal training in Traditional Thai massage preferred
• Strong knowledge of body treatments and relaxation techniques
• Good command of English; additional language a plus
• Professional, well-groomed and customer-focused
• Physically fit to perform massage
• Shift work including weekends/public holidays

Job Description

Perform a variety of treatments including: Traditional Thai Massage, facial, waxing, nails and wellness treatments

Assess member needs and recommend suitable treatments

Ensure consistent service standards and personalized member experience

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Manage treatment schedules and prepare rooms in advance

Build strong relationships with members and encourage repeat visits

Promote spa services and wellness programs when appropriate

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years of relevant spa or luxury hotels or wellness experience

Qualified Holder of International Beauty Diploma such as CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent

Formal training and certification in Traditional Thai massage is preferred

Strong knowledge of body treatments and relaxation techniques

Good command of spoken English, additional language is a plus

Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused

Physically fit to perform massage treatments

Shift workrequired, including weekends and public holidays

Working Location: Tai Tam (Transportation allowance applies)
