Job summary

Polette Limited is hiring energetic retail professionals for its Central and Wan Chai stores. We seek fashion-driven Sales Associates; a Supervisory role may be offered to more experienced candidates. Fluency in English is required, Cantonese and/or Mandarin are a plus.

Polette is looking for enthusiastic retail professionals to join our growing team in Central and Wan Chai. We are seeking fashion-driven Sales Associates to join our team, people with more experience may be considered for the Supervisor role. We welcome Hong Kong-based candidates of diverse backgrounds who are fluent in English, or even Cantonese and/or Mandarin. What you'll be doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service, process sales accurately, and collaborate with the team to achieve store targets.
• Participate in product training and sales initiatives.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team members to meet monthly goals.
• Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Foster a positive team culture, act as the main contact for the back office, and handle escalated issues.

What we're looking for

• A person with a positive, energetic, and friendly attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead position within a retail environment is required for a Sales Supervisor.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion or eyewear industry, is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
