Polette is seeking enthusiastic retail professionals to join our Central and Wan Chai stores in Hong Kong. We are looking for fashion-driven Sales Associates, with potential progression to a Supervisor role for experienced candidates.

Hong Kong-based candidates fluent in English, and Cantonese and/or Mandarin are welcome. Join a fast-paced brand revolutionising the eyewear industry and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• A positive, energetic, and friendly attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
• Team player with collaboration mindset.
• Retail supervisory or team lead experience (for Sales Supervisor).
• Retail or customer service experience in fashion/eyewear considered a plus; fresh graduates welcome.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, process sales accurately, and collaborate with the team to achieve store targets.
• Participate in product training and sales initiatives.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to meet monthly goals.
• Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management for a seamless customer experience.
• Foster a positive team culture, act as the main contact for the back office, and handle escalated issues.

About the role

We are seeking fashion-driven Sales Associates to join our team, people with more experience may be considered for the Supervisor role. We welcome Hong Kong-based candidates of diverse backgrounds who are fluent in English, or even Cantonese and/or Mandarin. What we\'re looking for

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead position within a retail environment is required for a Sales Supervisor.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion or eyewear industry, is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
