Job summary

POAD in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-oriented Sales/Account Assistant to support day-to-day initiatives, assist in proposals, and consolidate sales data for reports. You will coordinate with the sales team for after-sales service and help explore new market trends.

The ideal candidate has a Marketing/Business degree, under 2 years in sales, and strong English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication skills, with a collaborative, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing / Business Studies or related disciplines.
• Less than 2 years of sales/account management experience.
• Team player able to work across teams.
• Strong analytical and business acumen.
• Self-starter with positive attitude.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines.
• Courteous, detail-oriented.
• Excellent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Managers to support day-to-day business initiatives in the Hong Kong office
• Assist in client proposals and prepare presentations for external / internal meetings
• Consolidate sales data and prepare weekly and monthly business reports
• Coordinate with sales team to prepare after-sales services
• Evaluate and explore new market trends and platforms
• Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required
