Job Description

• To head a team of 4 sales executives and take full ownership of the general trade / drugstores sales
• To plan and to implement strategies and promotions to achieve sales performance and growth
• To conduct and to evaluate sales promotion effectiveness and make recommendation in planning and forecast, as well as other ad-hoc projects
• To develop and maintain good business relationship with wholesalers and drugstores, and handle day to day account management
• To work closely with marketing and logistics for smooth sales and marketing activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder in any discipline with at least 10 years’ sales experience in general trade and drugstores in FMCG industries
• At least 5 years’ working experience in managerial role
• Good communication skill and negotiation skills, with ability to influence stakeholder and problem solving
• Proactive and independent with strong drive for sales achievement
