Job summary

Lukfook Jewellery in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Branch Manager. The role focuses on leading a retail team, achieving branch targets, and delivering exceptional customer service across Mandarin, Cantonese, and English-speaking customers.

The ideal candidate brings extensive jewellery retail experience, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to risk and compliance, with a proven ability to drive sales and staff development.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years solid working experience in retail industry, preferably with 6 years in jewellery or management.
• Familiarity with jewelry products, marketing strategies, and risk management.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Strong leadership and the ability to manage a team to achieve branch goals.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, especially when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service mindset and ability to build positive customer relationships.
• Understanding of laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure branch adherence.
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft applications.
