Job summary

TK Elevator Hong Kong Limited seeks an energetic hotel sales professional to grow revenue across hotel and PBSA portfolios. You will hunt new business, visit clients, and drive networked multimedia solutions and services in a fast-paced environment.

5-day work week with basic salary plus commission; fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin required. Prior experience in industrial equipment and a client-facing role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hotel sales or leasing experience.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must.
• 5-day work week.
• Experience in industrial equipment sector preferred.
• Willingness to visit clients frequently and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Hunt, acquire and convert new business opportunities across Hotel and PBSA portfolios.
• Manage pipelines and KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Sell networked multi-media solutions and services.
• Diagnose business pain points across branches and frontline sales.
• Design end-to-end process improvements and analyze sales productivity.
