Job summary

FRC (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Sales Data Analyst to organize and analyze retail sales data and convert it into meaningful metrics for business growth. You will support digitalization projects and power analytics for the company’s iconic hardware ecosystem.

Based at our Causeway Bay regional HQ, you will design and manage data pipelines, create reports, and automate data extraction. Strong communication and 2+ years in data analytics are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in data analytics.
• Master's degree in Data Science or related field.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage database processes including data cleaning, profiling, and visualization from multiple sources.
• Turn sales data into reports to support daily operations.
• Develop data toolkit inputs and self-guided modules.
• Develop scripts/tools to scrape data from websites or other sources to automate extraction.
• Leverage AI tools to develop agents aiding the sales process.
• Support the sales team in constructing quarterly programs.
• Conduct data experiments (AB tests, quasi-experiments, before-and-after, pilot tests) to identify patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage database, which include data cleaning, profiling, and visualization, from multiple data sources
• Turn sales data into reports to support smooth daily operations
• Support development of data toolkit by providing inputs and design of self-guided modules
• Develop and automate processes for data scraping (design scripts and tools) to automatically extract data and info from websites or other digital sources
• Leverage internal AI tools to develop agents facilitating sales process
• Support sales team in constructing quarterly sales programs
• Explore program data and conduct data experiments (e.g. AB test, Quasi experiment, Before and After, Pilot test, t-test) to find specific patterns, behaviors and segments in business
• Turn successful programs into video to showcase for sharing

About you

At least 2 years in data analytics, with knowledge in retail business is a plus

(Master) degree in Data Science or related domain

AI/ML concepts & algorithm with AI agent understanding

Good analytic & presentation skill
