Job summary

MADÉ French Madeleines seeks a full-time boutique associate to deliver a premium luxury welcome, share the brand story with genuine passion, and ensure the boutique shines both indoors and on the street. You will engage guests, build loyalty, and support flavour storytelling in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Role includes mastering the baking process in our glass-walled kitchen, assembling gift boxes, and occasional social media support under a designated team lead.

Qualifications

• Experience in demanding customer-facing roles in premium F&B or luxury retail/hospitality.
• Excellent communication and hospitality.
• Right to work in Hong Kong (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a luxury-standard greeting and tell the brand story with passion.

MADÉ reinvents the classic French madeleine as a premium boutique-atelier. Opening August 2026 on Lyndhurst Terrace, Central. Our identity: chic, authentic, premium — with a twist of fun.

The role

The face of MADÉ and the first point of contact for our guests: you deliver a luxury-standard welcome, tell the brand story with genuine passion, and make the boutique shine indoors and on the street.

Key responsibilities

Welcome, advise and build loyalty with elegance; master our flavour storytelling.

Compose gift boxes with precision, operate the POS and keep an impeccable counter.

Run outdoor tasting sessions to drive foot traffic.

Train in the madeleine baking process in our glass-walled kitchen.

Social media (a plus): occasional, led by a designated team lead.

Candidate profile

Experience in demanding customer-facing roles (premium F&B or luxury retail / hospitality).

Energetic, professional, with an innate sense of hospitality and excellent communication.

Languages: English (team) + Cantonese or Mandarin (clientele). Fluency in all three is a strong plus, not mandatory.

Right to work in Hong Kong (no visa sponsorship provided).

What we offer

Base salary HKD 15,000/month + uncapped daily performance incentives.

Statutory benefits as per the HK Employment Ordinance (MPF, paid annual leave, statutory holidays, sick leave).

Terms & conditions

Full-time · 45 hours/week (incl. 1-hour daily meal break) · 5 days/week, 2 days off · rotating shifts 10:00–19pm or 11:30–20:30 · occasional paid overtime · 3-month probation · available early August 2026 (ideally a few days before opening — flexible).
