Job summary

The Baunat Group, owner of the Baunat and Valquère brands, seeks an Executive of sales, marketing, PR, and order processing for Hong Kong Branch. You will support our manager in the Hong Kong showroom, driving growth in Greater China with luxury jewellery expertise and proactive client service.

Reporting to the Hong Kong Manager, you will oversee sales, marketing, PR, CRM services and events, and collaborate on brand development. Training will be provided on-house to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required.
• Native Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) with fluent English.
• Hong Kong resident with strong communication skills.
• Interest in luxury jewellery and client-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients via email, phone and online chat to find ideal jewellery.
• Organize and conduct sales appointments in the HK showroom.
• Support marketing, PR, CRM and events for brand visibility.
• Coordinate order processing and ensure timely communication with production and logistics.

Job description

The Baunat Group, owner of the internationally known jewellery brands Baunat and Valquère, is searching for an Executive of sales, marketing, PR, and order processing for Hong Kong Branch.

Your role is to support our manager in the Hong Kong showroom, targeting the further grown in Greater China area market, thanks to your affinity with high-end jewellery and passion for assisting in sales, marketing, PR, CRM service, events, contributing to the brand's business development.

Reporting directly to Baunat Hong Kong Manager, you will be assisted in running our Hong Kong showroom, being responsible for its proper functioning in all aspects: sales, marketing, PR, CRM services, events, business administration.

To successfully fulfil your role, you will be provided with in-house marketing, sales and diamond (jewellery) product training upon your start.

We are looking to build a long‑term relationship with our new colleague and expect a mature, versatile and flexible person. Someone who can easily combine commercial tasks, with administration and business development.

Both Baunat and Valquère are digital native vertical luxury brands, allowing you to stay in tune with the latest innovations in product, sales and marketing whilst operating from a premium location in Hong Kong(Lee Garden One, Causeway Bay).

• After completing company and product training, you will guide new clients in finding their ideal jewellery via email, phone, and online chat.
• Facilitate physical sales appointments with clients in Hong Kong showroom, (Monday to Friday, occasionally on weekend)
• Answering to clients’ personalized requests such as tailor‑made jewellery or investment diamonds and packages
• Ensure timely and professional communication with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Order Management:

• Follow up on incoming customer requests and ensure the necessary information is passed on for production, administrative, or logistical processing via CRM system.
• Support your colleagues where needed and collaborate closely from the moment of purchase through to the administrative and logistical completion of the order, including arrangements of reshipments and delivering orders in Hong Kong showroom to clients.

Marketing support:

• Support mainland China marketing activities, including managing the brands’ Chinese social media platforms and collaborating with agencies and internally for marketing projects
• Assisting in Hong Kong marketing activities, including SEA/SEO projects for the brands’ websites and social media marketing practices including Meta ads and influencers marketing.
• Assist in organizing and executing online campaigns and other collaborative initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide Chinese translations for website content, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

PR & Events

• Assist in organizing exclusive customers events in Hong Kong and in Shanghai
• Support online PR publications

Your Profile

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• You are native in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
• Living already in Hong Kong is a must.
• Attitude towards work is the most important element
• Being Integrated, honest and discreet, reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Having strong communication skills, being enthusiastic, enjoy working smoothly and collaboratively in a team.
• Being flexible (not 9-to-5-minded)
• You learn quickly and have an affinity for all things digital.
• Eye for detail and affinity with luxury products
• Prior experience in Europe (through study or employment) is a strong asset.
