You will forecast demand, manage inventory, monitor market intelligence, and produce commercial performance reports to guide decision making.

Ideal candidates have a degree in aviation/business/economics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Aviation Management, Business Admin, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates welcome; airlines/aviation experience advantageous
• Knowledge of airline operations, RM, scheduling or related functions preferred
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization experience a plus
• English, Cantonese and Mandarin written/spoken proficiency

Responsibilities

• Monitor booking performance, demand trends, and route results across markets
• Manage seat inventory and recommend actions to optimise revenue and load factor
• Analyze booking patterns, seasonality and market demand for revenue management decisions
• Evaluate and manage group booking requests and coordinate with Sales
• Prepare revenue, traffic and route performance reports for management review; support forecasting and commercial analysis
