Job summary

Speedy Group Corp. Limited is seeking a finance/administrative professional in Hong Kong to maintain revenue records, monitor debts, and prepare monthly revenue-related reports. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a local university in Hong Kong or equivalent.
• HKDSE Level 2 or above in 5 subjects (including Chinese Language, English Language, and Mathematics).
• At least 1 year of financial or accounting experience within the last 2 years.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with good communication skills for handling business correspondence.
• Proficient in standard computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel) and proficient in Chinese and English word processing.
• Prior experience in general administration or clerical support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain revenue records, monitor outstanding debts, and compile monthly reports, including revenue statistics and aging analysis.
• Conduct data analysis to assist in revenue estimation, fee reviews, and ad hoc analysis projects.
• Review existing financial reporting mechanisms and propose solutions to streamline processes and enhance automation.
• Perform system testing to validate enhancements on revenue collection platforms, summarize testing results, and prepare progress reports.
• Provide document filing and general office administrative support
