Job summary

TALENT HUB ADVISORY LIMITED is seeking a Finance Clerk in Hong Kong to support daily bookkeeping, data entry, and payment processing. The role involves handling bank reconciliations, banking communications, and maintaining financial records with accuracy.

You will assist with audits, tax filings, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements while supporting with broader finance team tasks. Fluency in Chinese and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in accounting or related finance field.
• Around 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payments processing, and basic accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping, data entry, payments processing, receipts, and AR/AP.
• Assist with maintaining full set of accounts and periodic reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on unmatched transactions.
• Liaise with banks on routine payments and inquiries.
• Prepare banking documents and KYC information as required.
• Support trade-related banking activities and letters of credit.
