Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Analytics, Finance, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in retail operations, business analysis, merchandising, or performance optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with dashboards or data visualization tools is a plus.
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze retail KPIs such as sales, conversion, traffic, productivity, labor utilization, and inventory metrics.
Identify gaps and performance trends; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Support the development and execution of retail optimization initiatives across stores or regions.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Collaborate with store operations to improve scheduling and manpower allocation.
