Job summary

Our client, a well-established French fashion house, seeks a Retail Operations Supervisor in Hong Kong to oversee daily retail operations and support the team.

You will prepare reports, analyze sales and inventory, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor promotions and events, and roster frontline staff. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Tertiary educated with at least 5 years’ solid experience in retail administration and operation.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and responsible with strong planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum retail operational support to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum retail operational support to the team;
• Prepare various reports, sales analysis and presentation materials;
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, promotions and events;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations;
• Mobility, rotation, monitor manpower arrangement and roster for frontline staffs
• Handle other ad hoc projects and assignments by superior

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with at least 5 years’ solid experience in retail administration and operation;
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Sound knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Typing is required; and
• Immediate availability is preferred
