Job summary

Lifestyle International Holdings Limited is seeking a leasing professional in Hong Kong to support the leasing team by preparing commercial terms and legal documents, and by handling lease records and rent tracking. The role emphasizes building relationships with brands and tenants, coordinating layout planning and tenant works, and conducting market analysis.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in surveying / marketing / business administration / real estate management or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant retail leasing experience.
• Sound knowledge on leasing practice and relevant regulations/ requirements.
• With experience in handling or setting up of leasing system.
• An efficient team player with strong business acumen, effective problem solving and organizing skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with strong ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors.
• Strong market sense and sound analytical mind.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience in marketing, property management or retail operations will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing team to complete the leases by preparing leasing and commercial terms, including offer letters, tenancy agreement or any other legal documents independently.
• Handle and update lease records in the systems.
• Track and follow up on rent payments.
• Maintain good relationship with brands and tenants to ensure smooth transition on handover related matters or any other matters.
• Assist to coordinate with external and internal parties on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ renovation works.
• Responsible for planning and conduction of market research and analysis.
• Handle general administrative work and reports compilation.
• Assist with ad hoc assignments.
