Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and frontline hardware/software support to head office and 60+ stores.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine IT queries and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with hardware setup, POS terminals, printers, barcode scanners, and mobile devices.
• Maintain inventory records of IT equipment and licenses across locations.
• Process purchase orders, track vendor invoices, and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and service delivery.
• Support IT manager with software deployments and system updates.
