Job summary

Hang Seng Bank in Hong Kong seeks a proactive Associate Relationship Manager for its Retail Distribution team, based in Mong Kok. You will participate in structured training to develop retail banking product knowledge and a path toward becoming a Relationship Manager.

You will deliver high-quality customer service to Mainland and cross-border clients, identify needs, and promote a range of banking and insurance products. Strong Mandarin, Cantonese and English skills are valued.

Qualifications

• University degree or HKCEE/HKDSE with math and Chinese/English are required.
• Minimum 1 year of account opening and direct sales experience in banking; other financial sectors also considered.
• Regulatory qualifications (IIQE 1-3; HKSI 1,7,8 preferred) and ability to conduct regulated activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service to Mainland and cross-border customers.
• Identify customer needs and promote banking and insurance products.
• Participate in sales campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen loyalty.
• Maintain awareness of operational risks and comply with policies.
