Job summary

Freshlane is seeking a Customer Success professional to onboard new restaurant partners and manage their go-live plans, ensuring smooth transitions to online delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for accounts, handle inbound inquiries, advocate for customers, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions.

You’ll also support renewals and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in a customer-supporting role.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex issues.
• Empathetic, clear communication with customers.
• Experience with Jira, Workday, Salesforce, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding for new customers and guide them through go-live plans.
• Be the primary point of contact for accounts and manage inbound inquiries.
• Advocate for customers and surface issues to internal teams.
• Ensure invoices are paid on time and escalate late payments when needed.
• Drive contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Communicate new initiatives to customers and secure buy-ins and sign-ups.
• Support corporate catering programs from menu planning to daily execution.
