Five Guys HK Limited is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Hong Kong, uphold brand standards, supervise staff, manage inventory, and deliver high-quality products and service to every guest.

You will schedule, train, recruit, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health, safety and security policies while supporting local marketing programs and maintaining a safe guest environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service
• Proven leadership and managerial skills with focus on customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations and scheduling, ordering, and team development
• Control profit & loss through cash procedures, inventory, labor, and financial reports
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; administer disciplinary actions and coaching
• Ensure compliance with health and safety codes and company policies
• Maintain food quality and 100% customer satisfaction; ensure on-brand service and marketing execution
• Oversee maintenance, equipment, and facilities to provide a safe guest experience
