Job summary

EY Hong Kong invites applications for a governance, risk and compliance consulting role, collaborating with a wide range of clients to deliver meaningful improvements. You will support and lead engagements across governance, risk and compliance, applying analytics and AI-driven techniques to enhance governance, risk management and business processes.

You will build trusted client relationships, drive transformation, and stay ahead with technology adoption and AI use cases in governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant fields.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, internal controls, and risk frameworks.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management capabilities and multitasking.
• Proactive with interest in AI use cases in GRC and technology adoption.

Job description

Collaborate with long standing and new clients along with market leaders across diverse industries, including retail, consumer products, media & entertainment, real estate, education, healthcare, and the public sector—delivering solutions that drive meaningful business values and societal impact

Support and lead consulting engagements in execution and transformation across disciplines with a subject matter in governance, risk and compliance, while helping clients enhance governance arrangements and improving business processes, in addition to processes at the second and third lines

Provide support in governance design and management of client programs including handling of governance materials and stakeholder engagements

Develop and apply directed analytics and AI-driven techniques to uncover insights, detect anomalies, and enhance efficiencies

Provide benchmarking insights and develop practical, value-driven recommendations to improve business processes, controls, and risk management and governance frameworks

Build trusted and strong relationships with client stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their business and key performance drivers

Support innovation and client second and third lines transformation by bringing insights and exploring technologies deployment as well as AI application in governance, risk and compliance

Requirements

Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, IT, Information System or related major. Candidates from other disciplines will also be considered.

Strong knowledge of business processes, internal controls, and risk frameworks

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver practical, actionable recommendations

Strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

A proactive mindset with an interest in adopting technologies in governance, risk and compliance as well as interest in design and development of AI use cases

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels

Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Other language skills are welcome
