Job summary

China Overseas Property Services Limited is seeking an Assistant Property Officer to support the management team in delivering high-quality property services in Hong Kong. The role focuses on organizing meetings, handling inquiries and maintaining daily operations across facilities.

The successful candidate will hold a Higher Diploma or above, be proficient in MS Office, and have at least 3 years of property management experience.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• At least 3 years' relevant working experience in property management.
• Holder of PMP Licence (Tier 2) is preferred.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in providing high-quality property management services.
• Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties.
• Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor the day-to-day operation, maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties.
