Job summary

Pacific Extend Properties Management Limited 泓建物業管理有限公司 in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Estate Officer to support day-to-day property management tasks. You will handle complaints, enforce covenants, liaise with tenants and staff, and assist in coordinating maintenance, security, and cleaning contractors.

Fresh graduates will be considered for the role; candidates should be proficient in English and Chinese, with good communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in property management.
1-2 years working experience in property management.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Chinese Word Processing.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; good communication and ability to work with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

Handle complaints and follow up to satisfaction.
Enforce Deed of Mutual Covenant and other relevant rules ordinance.
Liaise with tenants/public.
Liaise with technical staff and issue work orders to Maintenance dept. and follow up after completion.
Conduct regular meetings with cleaning contractor.
Keep management records and prepare duty roster for BAs.
Patrol and control the fitting-out work.
Monitor and train junior staff.
Monitor and ensure that the security contractor and cleaning contractor are performing as contract stipulated.
Be familiar with all aspects of the building, particularly emergency systems; handle emergencies such as fire hazards, burglary, etc.
