Job summary

AECOM Asia Company Limited invites applications for Resident Site Staff to oversee contract administration and supervision for the Hung Shui Kiu Effluent Polishing Plant project. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration and supervision for the Hung Shui Kiu Effluent Polishing Plant construction.
• Oversee site formation works, civil works, and electrical/mechanical installations.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure project standards and safety.

Job description

AECOM Asia Company Limited invites applications for below listed Resident Site Staff position(s) for contract administration and supervision for the construction of Hung Shui Kiu Effluent Polishing Plant, which mainly comprises site formation works, construction of civil works, installation of electrical and mechanical facilities, and other associated works.

Candidates should have:

• Certificate from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong/ Hong Kong Institute of Construction/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/ technical institute/ technical college/ Hong Kong polytechnic university/ polytechnic or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; or
• Completed a recognized technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
• Successfully completed a recognized craft apprenticeship with 2 years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline; or
• At least 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline.
• # Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above.

The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the above posts.

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Terms with AECOM Asia Company Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
