Job summary

Arup invites applications for the position of Resident Senior Survey Officer (Quantity) for Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Developments at Long Bin under Agreement No CE 75/2017 (CE). The contract period is approximately 6 months.

Qualifications include a HK Diploma/HC in a relevant discipline, at least 7 years post-qualification experience, or 7 years as a Resident Survey Officer (Quantity) on public works projects, and Level 2+ in Chinese and English in HKDSEE/HKCEE

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from Hong Kong/Polytechnic/Institute in an appropriate discipline; AND
• At least 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience; OR
• At least 7 years of relevant experience as Resident Survey Officer (Quantity) on public works projects; AND
• Level 2 or above in Chinese and English in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent

Resident Senior Survey Officer (Quantity)

We now invite applications for the following resident site staff position for Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Developments at Long Bin under Agreement No. CE 75/2017 (CE). The contract period of the position(s) will be approximately 6 months.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong/Hong Kong Institute of Construction/Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/Technical Institute/Technical College/Polytechnic University/Polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; AND
• At least 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience; OR
• At least 7 years of relevant experience as Resident Survey Officer (Quantity) or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook; AND
• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
