Job summary

Binnies Hong Kong Limited invites applications for the position of Resident Clerical Officer (Ref: DHSR/RCO/361/2026). Candidates must meet the HKDSEE or HKCEE subject requirements, demonstrate proficiency in Word and Excel, and have at least six years of relevant post-qualification experience, or equivalent RSS project experience.

Shortlisting may be used when many candidates meet entry requirements. Language proficiency and safety training certificates as per RSS Handbook are encouraged.

Qualifications

RESIDENT CLERICAL OFFICER (Ref: DHSR/RCO/361/2026)

Candidates should have

• (a) a Level 2 or above in five subjects in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics) or equivalent; or
• (b) a Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics) or equivalent; and
• (c) knowledge in application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel); and
• (d) at least 6 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or
• (e) at least 6 years’ relevant experience as Resident Assistant Clerical Officer or equivalent in public works projects or recognized projects listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
