Asia Infrastructure Solutions Limited is seeking a Resident IT Application & Infrastructure Specialist for a 30-month contract, stationed full-time at the Geotechnical Engineering Office (GEO) under the Civil Engineering and Development Department in Hong Kong. The role covers IT application development, infrastructure support, and deployment with AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent qualification.
• Level 2 in Use of English and Level 1 in Use of Chinese per Common Recruitment Examination.
• At least four years of hands-on experience covering IT application development and IT infrastructure development.
• Experience with AI features using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Responsabilités

• Perform hands-on IT application development, integration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Support the design, development, configuration and integration of the required IT infrastructure.
• Support technical reviews, testing, deployment, knowledge transfer and other duties related to service delivery.
• Liaise with the AIS project team, users and relevant technical parties on requirements and progress.
• Understand the operational needs of construction and geotechnical users and translate them into practical digital workflows and technical solutions.
