Job summary

Hong Yip Service Co Ltd is seeking a Supervisory professional to oversee service apartment and residential leasing properties in Hong Kong. You will monitor daily operations and contractor performance while guiding and supervising front desk staff to handle tenant enquiries, complaints, check-ins and check-outs with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Degree in Hospitality/Property Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 4 years in Supervisory level, preferably with hospitality experience.
Strong in leadership, communication and presentation skills.
Passion on customer service provision.
Able to work under pressure.
Good command of English and Mandarin in both speaking and writing.
Candidate with property management background will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Run service apartment or residential leasing properties.
Monitor the daily operation work and the performance of various contractors.
Supervise the front desk officer in handle tenant enquiries and complaints.
Supervise the front desk officer in handle check in and check out of tenants.
Relationship building with guests and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, continued business and loyalty.
