Job summary

Environmental Sustainability Guardian Limited seeks a motivated Research Intern to support the development of breakthrough transdermal technologies. You will work across disciplines to design, prototype, and refine products for health and wellness, gaining hands‑on experience in a collaborative environment.

You will assist in R&D activities, conduct experiments, analyze results, and document findings for reports and potential patents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Some exposure to product development, prototyping, or research in drug delivery systems or related technologies (academic or project-based).
• Basic knowledge of biological systems (e.g., skin permeability).
• Familiarity with data analysis and experimental design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or lab work counts).
• Experience with the scientific method of researching and testing hypotheses, resulting in specific conclusions and recommendations.
• Able to speak, read, and write in Chinese and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and developing innovative solutions for health and wellness challenges.
• Support the analysis and optimization of product mechanisms to ensure effectiveness, reliability, and user comfort.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including chemists, data scientists, and engineers, to develop and test product prototypes.
• Conduct experiments to validate product performance and improve formulations or materials.
• Document and communicate research findings, contributing to technical reports, patents, and presentations.
