Job summary

AKERF (HONGKONG) ROBOTICS TECH CO., LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated PhD-level researcher to lead R&D in wall-climbing robots. You will guide the team in technology iteration and breakthroughs, driven by real-world engineering and project needs.

The role is on-site in Hong Kong and integrates with a startup team for growth. The ideal candidate will conduct advanced robotics research, support multiple projects, and contribute to documentation and dissemination of findings.

Qualifications

• PhD in robotics, automation or mechatronics or related discipline.
• Hong Kong resident or legally allowed to work in Hong Kong.
• Fresh PhD graduates welcome.
• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

• Education: Ph.D. in robotics, automation, mechatronics, or a related discipline; fresh Ph.D. graduates are welcome;
• Hong Kong resident or legally authorized to work in Hong Kong;
• Applicants should be highly self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, and able to bring new expertise to research projects;
