SAS Institute Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex software implementations for leading FSI clients.
You will manage governance, budgets, milestones and risk, while coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining stakeholder satisfaction and driving measurable business outcomes.
Ownership of high-impact, end-to-end implementation projects working with leading FSI organizations in Hong Kong
Delivery of enterprise-grade data, AI, and analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
Exposure to AML, fraud detection, financial crime compliance initiatives alongside industry best practices

Define the implementation, staffing, delivery approach, milestones, and governance model for each engagement.
Control scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and deliverables to meet contractual commitments.
Act as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
Build trusted relationships and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
Establish effective governance, change control, and delivery oversight.
Assess and mitigate risks, particularly for financially significant, subcontracted, or new-solution projects.
Own budgets, expenses, revenue forecasts, invoicing, receivables, and subcontractor costs.
Contribute to quarterly revenue and margin targets and provide accurate progress, cost, and revenue forecasts.
Deliver successful outcomes through project health checks, quality oversight, and customer satisfaction management.
Complete project closeout, documentation, lessons learned, and skills inventory updates.
Support regional consulting strategy, operational excellence, reusable frameworks, service offerings, staff development, and revenue growth.

5+ years of project management experience in application development or enterprise software implementation, including leadership of multiple workstreams.
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or quantitative discipline
Demonstrated ownership of project governance, delivery, customer relationships, risk, and financial performance.
Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities.
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Project experience related to Fraud, AML, Financial Crime Compliance solutions
Working knowledge of solution architecture related to data management, analytics, AI solutions
