Job summary

TAL Apparel Limited in Hong Kong seeks a skilled Supply Chain Planner to manage customer relationships and deliver replenishment solutions. You will forecast demand and supply for key customers, monitor KPIs, and present data-driven recommendations to management.

Requirements: university degree in business, 3+ years in customer services and planning, strong presentation and communication skills, fluent English and Mandarin Chinese, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or related discipline.
• 3+ years of work experience in customer services and supply/demand planning for retail brands.
• Strong presentation, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Performs both demand and supply forecast planning for customers.
• Executes and monitors replenishment planning and achieves KPIs set with customers.
• Performs and presents data analysis on cost and benefits and performance reports for customers and internal management reviews.
• Assist the manager to develop new replenishment solutions for customers.
• Prepare materials and tools to support the promotion of supply chain replenishment services.
• Signal problems or opportunities in the supply chain, propose improvements and implement after approval.
