Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced restructuring and turnaround professionals to help train their language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role offers flexible, remote engagement with 5–20 hours per week and $100/hour compensation, starting ASAP.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks such as 13-week cash flow exhibits and lender materials, under tight deadlines, using expert PowerPoint skills and precise written communication to support credit-facing

Qualifications

• 4+ years in restructuring, turnaround, or distressed advisory.
• Experience producing lender and creditor-facing materials under time pressure.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced restructuring and turnaround professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for advisors with 4+ years at a restructuring advisory firm or distressed-focused practice to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: 13-week cash flow presentation exhibits, lender update decks, turnaround plan presentations, creditor committee materials, and situation overview decks.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
