Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced regulatory advisory director to help train its AI models on professional presentations and slide decks. This role supports core workflows including risk assessment decks, regulatory readiness roadmaps, and board materials, with flexible, remote engagement.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years at a top risk advisory practice (Big 4), exceptional PowerPoint craftsmanship, and precise written communication. Compensation is $80/hour for 5–20 hours weekly, with start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in risk, regulatory, or internal audit advisory at a top firm (e.g. Big 4).
• Experience producing board- and regulator-facing materials.
• Expert PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Create and refine risk assessment decks and regulatory readiness roadmaps.
• Develop control framework exhibits and board risk committee materials.
• Produce remediation program reporting.
