Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced turnaround consultants to train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks for 13-week cash flow exhibits, lender updates, turnaround plans, creditor materials, and scenario overviews.

The role is fully remote with a flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Requires 4+ years in restructuring and expert PowerPoint skills, with strong written communication and detail

Qualifications

• 4+ years in restructuring, turnaround, or distressed advisory.
• Experience producing lender and creditor‑facing materials under time pressure.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: 13‑week cash flow presentation exhibits, lender update decks, turnaround plan presentations, creditor committee materials, and situation overview decks.
