Job summary

BTSE Group is seeking a Principal Security Architect to own the custody and on-chain security of our regulated digital-asset platform. You will drive end-to-end security across architecture, engineering, and operations, collaborating with InfraSec, AppSec, IAM, and SOC teams to implement crypto-specific controls and secure deployment practices.

You will work with risk, compliance, product, and engineering to support spot trading, custody, staking and on-chain services while maintaining

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security with leadership in secure digital-asset platforms.
• Direct crypto custody and key management experience.
• AWS cloud security in regulated environments.
• Experience with threat modeling, risk assessments, and IR.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, IaC (Terraform), and API security.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security architecture for custody stack.
• Establish crypto-specific baseline standards and secure SDLC.
• Manage incident response for crypto scenarios.
• Oversee threat modeling and security reviews of ledger mechanics.
• Coordinate with IAM, AppSec, SOC and infra security teams.
