Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE to build and run a high-availability, low-latency trading platform infrastructure across APAC, EMEA and the Americas.

You will design scalable CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS resources, and secure environments with IAM and encryption, while collaborating with engineering and operations. The role emphasizes automation, observability, and performance tuning in a hybrid or remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or SRE for high-availability systems.
• Strong hands-on with AWS services and cost monitoring.
• Proficient with Terraform and Ansible for IaC.
• Experience with container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent cross-team communication in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and maintain scalable infrastructure for trading systems, incl. CI/CD pipelines, observability, and runtimes.
• Administer and tune databases such as AWS Aurora, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
• Automate provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure secure environments via IAM governance and secret management.
• Build system metrics and alerts with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Enforce GitHub workflows and cross-team branching standards.
• Optimize costs across AWS and containerized deployments; monitor resources.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery procedures for critical systems.
• Collaborate to containerize services and tune runtime performance.
• Evaluate AI/LLM tools to boost automation and diagnostics.
