Job summary

Binance is seeking a backend engineer for its Web3 security domain in Hong Kong. You will design, implement, and optimize backend services to support secure, high-performance blockchain operations.

You will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate security requirements into robust technical plans, employing Java, Spring Boot, and big data tools. Candidates should have 5+ years of backend development and strong data-system knowledge, with English fluency a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably in blockchain, Web3 security, anti-fraud, risk control, or related domains.
• Proficient in Java technology stack, especially Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and common NoSQL databases, with practical experience in backend service development and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in architecture design, development, and optimization of backend systems within Binance’s Web3 security domain.
• Maintain, migrate, and upgrade existing backend and security service systems to improve service quality and stability.
• Design and implement new services and technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with operation teams to improve security systems and automation.
• Work with data teams on data collection, cleaning, modeling, and analysis for security use cases.
• Design and implement backend and big data workflows for Web3 security and control scenarios.
