Job summary

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, seeks a senior legal counsel to oversee tokenized securities and stock trading product regulatory compliance. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams across jurisdictions to navigate securities laws and digital asset regulation.

You will advise on licensing, risk mitigation, and contract negotiations while supporting product launches and external communications. Remote-first, global collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4–10 years of experience in a law firm, financial services firm, or a fast-paced technology company.
• Deep knowledge of securities and financial instruments regulation, including brokerage licensing and trading rules.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and deliver commercially minded legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Act as key legal advisor for tokenized securities and stock trading products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across jurisdictions to manage regulatory compliance.
• Draft, amend, and negotiate product-centric terms and contracts; prepare compliance templates.
